Headaches

Headaches can be caused by eye strain, stress, too much alcohol, lack of fresh air, lack of food, high blood pressure and caffeine withdrawal.
Where possible try to identify and avoid the cause of the headache.
Drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet.
Rest is generally helpful.
