Standard Post - (International Air Post)
· International Air Post provides delivery within 4-10 days world-wide.
· Target delivery days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery to countries where your item is dutiable or is held in customs may take longer.
Standard Post - (International Air Post) with track and trace
· Standard Post with Track and Trace is only applicable for parcels under 2kg. Track and trace tracks the status of your item from pickup to delivery.
· Service only available to Australia, UK, USA and Japan.
· Individual countries have various laws for importation of some medicines. CyberChemist cannot take responsibility for goods held by customs and we advise you to check with relevant local authorities if unsure.
· Standard Post offers up to $250 NZD compensation for loss or damage in transit.
Express Courier (International Express courier)
· Targeted delivery time to most countries around the world is 2-4 days.
· Target delivery days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery to remote areas or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs may take longer.
· Individual countries have various laws for importation of some medicines. CyberChemist cannot take responsibility for goods held by customs and we advise you to check with relevant local authorities if unsure.
· The track and trace system gives you peace of mind by keeping constant track of your item from pick-up in New Zealand to arrival at its destination.
· The signature of the addressee is collected upon delivery.
· International Express offers compensation of up to $2000NZD if your item is lost or damaged in transit.
