Nasal Sprays

  • Shake the bottle gently and prime the nasal spray pump.
  • Blow your nose to clear the nostrils.
  • Tilt head forward and insert nozzle into one nostril, while keeping the other closed with a finger.
  • Breathe in and press down on the collar around the nozzle to deliver the required number of sprays.
  • Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue.
  • Try not to blow your nose for a few minutes after using the spray.
