Purpose:

Cold and Allergy

Nasal Congestion

Runny Nose

Itchy, watery eyes

Sneezing

Dosage:
Children 4-6 years: 2.5-3ml every 6-8 hours

Children 2-4 years: 2.5-3ml every 6-8 hours

Administer by mouth 0.15ml per kilogram of body weight per dose every 6-8 hours.

For Children 1-2 years of average weight the recommended dosage is 1.5 to 2ml every 6-8 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses per day

Warning: Do not exceed stated dose.

Active Ingredients: Brompheniramine maleate 4mg/5ml
Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5mg/5ml

Sleeping

Difficulty in sleeping may be caused by stress, anxiety, pain, prostate problems or it may be a temporary problem of unknown cause.

Set a pattern for retiring and rising each day to encourage regular times of sleep onset.
Avoid caffeinated drinks in the late afternoon and evening.
Avoid alcohol and smoking late in the evening.
Exercise regularly, but not too close to bedtime.
If you are unable to fall asleep, get up and perform a quiet activity, then return to bed when drowsy.
